I also found this article here: http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/35686/avoid-hyphenation-in-chapter-title ...which suggests using \setuphead[chapter][align={flushleft, nothyphenated, verytolerant}] ...but that makes no difference either. My chapter titles continue to run off the page to the right. I am happy to post an example somewhere if that helps. Thank you, Malte.
