Hi Julian,
Have you tried \index[Innovative]{‘Innovative’}?

- To sort a word (such as "ConTeXt" under "C"), use: \index
<https://wiki.contextgarden.net/Command/index>[CONTEXT]{\ConTeXt}
You would have to change each index call though.
