In the following example, what is indented is the text instead of the
numbers.

    \starttext
    \startitemize[n, packed][indenting=2em]
    \item abc
    \item def
    \item ghi
    \stopitemize
    \stoptext

Does anyone know how to indent the whole item group altogether?
