Hi,
In my project, there is an env-03.tex file that contains this :

If I compile, I get this :

You’re redefining the \def command which is needed by TeX because all 
internal
commands are created with this primitive. Use a different name for your 
environment
(e.g. defintion) to avoid this problem.
