You're right about the geometry package, here are the dimensions I get:


1 one inch + \ hoffset
2 \ oddsidemargin = -15pt
3 \ headheight = 26pt
4 \ textheight = 731pt
5 \ marginparsep = 10pt
6 \ footskip = 18pt
7 \ hoffset = 0pt
8 \ paperwidth = 597pt
9 one inch + \ voffset
10 \ topmargin = -52pt
11 \ headsep = 25pt
12 \ textwidth = 483pt
13 \ marginparwidth = 50pt
14 \ marginparpush = 5pt (not shown)
15 \ voffset = 0pt
16 \ paperheight = 845pt
