Note too that, when I remove \definefontfamily[mainface][mm][STIX Tw= o Math],=C2=A0my log file has=C2=A0
mkiv lua stats =C2=A0> loaded fonts: = 2 files: lmmono10-regular.otf, lmroman10-regular.otf
with no ment= ion of STIX Two Text.

Yet ConTeXt is aware of the STIX T= wo Math and STIX Two Text fonts.

I'm unable to reproduce the error with your example and most of the=20 fallbacks are ignored because I don't have the fonts.

To ensure there is no problem with the format and font database delete=20 the cache and rebuild it:

=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 =C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 mtxrun --script cache --erase
=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 =C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 mtxrun --generate

When this doesn't help you simplify your example. First remove one=20 \definefallbackfamily at a time and afterwards remove \definefontfamily=20 until the error disappears.
