The links for cross-references within a document do not seem to be working.

\setupinteraction[state=start]

\starttext
some text\reference[text]{}
\page
\goto{some text}[text], \at{on page}[text]
\stoptext

produces links that work in previous betas but not in the most recent.

     local page     = var.r -- instead of var.page

in lpdf-ano.lua
