I removed= texmf-cache/luatex-cache and reinstalled LMTX. The problem persists, sad t= o say. It also fails when I run LuaTeX, Version 1.10.1 (TeX Live 2019),=C2=A0ConTeXt =C2=A0ver: 2019.09= .10., even after removing texmf-cache and reinstalling.

What puzzles me is t= hat the relevant coding for this chapter is the same as for several other c= hapters that process with no problems. It would be good to know if this is = a problem in the chapter itself that I can fix or if there is a problem in = the latest standalone.
