I have a scanned (raster) PDF that I am inserting into my document via \copypages.  However, the document&#39;s page number is not showing on top of this raster PDF page (presumably because \copypages places the page on top of everything else).  How can I ensure that the page number is on top of raster page instead of behind?<br>
