LuaTeX Release 0.95 for TeX Live 2016 was released 2016042515
==============================================================
This is the official frozen TeXlive 2016 version and
a prerelease of the stable 1.0 version.
- deleted 'beta' from the luatex_version_string
- glues now have gluespec merged in (idem math and insert)
- registers are still glue specs
- the spec field in glues are gone
- extra tex.setglue and tex.setmuglue
- obsolete dvi related dir fields removed
