I have no problem with "framecolor=H1prime" setting.
I am using ConTeXt minimal copied into my up-to-date TL 2014.

hm the I have just update the TL 2014, and there is still the error. The latest t-tikz.tex form Hans solves the problems

both in TL 2014 and standalone.
