As wolfgang said this works with mkii and mkiv
\setupcolors[state=start]
\setupinteraction[state=start]
\starttext
\button[background=color,backgroundcolor=darkgray,framecolor=black,framecorner=round]{Go
Back}[PreviousJump]
\stoptext

Search for \setupinteraction for the color of the link
