My parameters for the compiler are now:

context --bat --nonstop --pdf --interface=3Dnl --color "%bm" --synctex=3D-1

this look like a mix of texexec wiht contex= t
just open cmd.exe, cd where your mkiv is,
ca= ll setuptex.bat
and then context --help
