A bit more for troubleshooting: the above code works fine with an
earlier version of ConTeXt (2011.05.18 18:04).
The problem above occurs when using version 2011.12.31 18:06 using
"context file.tex" ... however using "texexec --pdf file.tex" works
properly, so I guess this is an MKIV problem.
