I think if you update to the latest using
sh install.sh
once you are in your ConTeXt directory, you should find it there where Mikael says it is.

in my dir: /opt/context-lmtx/tex/texmf-context/doc/context/documents/general/manuals
Can you please provide me with the URL to the directory?
