What if you change this part to

    \setupheadertexts
      [{\startframed [headerframed]
      [foregroundstyle=bold,background=framewithshadow]
      \getvariable{headertext}{title}
n\high{o}\,\getvariable{headertext}{number}
      \stopframed}]

Does that give you what you want?
