Hi Robin,

time stamps are CEST (ConTeXt European Standard Time ;-)), so they are
local to Hans.

Luckily he usually doesn't code between 2 and 3 am, else we would
probably run into wrong sorting order ;)

Since the latest beta (2015.03.26 22:52 MKIV beta  fmt: 2015.3.28), no figure numbers are being output by at least \in and also \placelistoffigures, although page references seem ok.
