Well, that also, but in that case it would be \starttikzpicture ...
\stoptikzpicture. The pairs \tikzpicture ... \endtikzpicture and
\pspicture ... \endpspicture are plain TeX commands.
I would expect from ConTeXt to support
\startpspicture
...
\stoppspicture
out of the box (if it supported PST properly).
