How can I suppress the part number? I searched for two hours or more in the Manual und on the web page and couldn’t find a hint…

You can use the sectionsegments key to choose the counter which are displayed for the header.

\setuphead

  [chapter]

  [ownnumber=yes,

   sectionsegments=chapter]
