When you really need it I can add it but context itself has a similar funct= ion with the \setvariables and \getvariable which takes only a few more lin= es than \addressentry does.

Below you can see how the example from the KOMA-Script manuals looks with \= setvariables (you=E2=80=99re free to use different keys) but it=E2=80=99s n= o problem to write a simple \addressentry wrapper around this and provide i= t with the letter module when you want to share your data with LaTeX.
