Dear Wolfgang,
It seems that I cannot use anymore your annotation module with the latest beta (ConTeXt ver: 2011.12.19 01:47 MKIV fmt: 2011.12.19). For instance the example below stops with an error message saying
Undefined control sequence
in t-annotation.lua
and it seems that \doletannotationparameter is considered to be undefined.

Your version of the annotation module is too old because I fixed a long time ago [1]. Which distribution do you use because the version in the ConTeXt Suite works with the beta.
