I haven't seen it mentioned on this list yet. It may have been mentioned
out there elsewhere in TeXland:
Adobe Reader 7.0 is out.
It installs a web plugin for the Mac.
It seems to work on the Pragma/POD site.
Rock on.

ah, great, they changed the user interface again, imagine that over the last 
5000 years the way of using books has changed each year ...

The one good thing about working with Acroread under Linux is that the 
interface doesn't change. Ever.

well, somehow i got the feeling that this time for windows users updating does 
not bring anything really new

the only happy users will be mac users who now have proper pdf in their browsers

Also, Acrobat Reader 7 starts up much faster than AR 6 on Mac.

There's a lot of new or enhanced features for us prepress people, e.g. 
for Reader Extensions you don't need this expensive server product any 
more, that means, if you own Acrobat 7 Professional you can enable the 
correction tools in Reader for your document.

And I very much hope that they fixed some of the bugs...
