FreeSerif works but Linux Libertine doesn’t:

\definefontfeature[hebrew][default][lang=heb,script=hebr]

\starttext

{\definedfont[file:freeserif*hebrew]אָֽ.}

{\definedfont[file:linuxlibertiner*hebrew]אָֽ.}

\stoptext
