Hi
I'm having problems installing ConTeXt on my NT workstation 4.0 machine.
I read the install manual, and followed all the steps, but every time I run
texexec.pl --make, it gives me a lot of error messages.
I've put an excerpt of these messages below. Pls help

Indeed. They should be in the path. Do some close reading of th etexmf file
and check if etex is in the paths. I isn't in some old redhat files (they
sometimes fool around with the tetex stuff).

No, It is there, I checked. Is there any other possibility? I have the

Your local texmf.cnf file is wrong, the next line dhoule be there:
TEXINPUTS.context =
.;$TEXMF/{pdftex,pdfetex,etex,tex}/{context,plain,generic,}//
probably the etex is missing in your one.
