I can't find a problem with Adobes fonts but your line distance of  
2.3ex is to small,
I think something between 3 and 4ex is sufficient. You can test it  
with a very big distance:

\setupbodyfontenvironment[myfont][12pt]
    [interlinespace=6ex]
