Dear listmates,

I need some suggestions on how to setup non breaking spaces in XML. I
tried an empty element <nbsp/> to be processed as follows:

\startxmlsetups xml:nbsp
~
\stopxmlsetups

which was ignored by context. (I'll need something similar with
\discretionary as well, I guess.)

Thanks for any suggestions,

Philipp
