Hello!

I have some questions regarding the language settings.
For example how can I set the quotation to put quotes according to the
Romanian standards? (,, and ``). How can I set the words that are printed in
top of contents (\placecontent) and so on.

I tried to look into lang-... but I don't understand a thing there.
