My guess would be that file d-en-000.tex is used as the environment for
compiling examples d-en-001.tex to d-en-004.tex. I haven't succeded in
doings so, but I could make it working by manual insertion of code in
d-en-000.tex at the begining of each file 001 to 004 and compiling them.
It defines overlay over the whole page of file linked with "Go to Viev"
action with destination at file d-end-all.pdf

Based on info from this list and code in enco-xxx files, \definesortkey should be the solution. It seems that there is defined some sorting order for polish language. However when I try to adapt this approach to czech it doesn't influence sorting order and index entries starting with accented characters. Could someone provide leads how to govern proper sorting of accented entries in registers? Thanks. Peter Ferdus ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 7+ messages in thread

That kind of sorting will be made more comfortable when named glyphs will show up. Otherwise texexec etc would have to know about each encoding around. I'm working on that. I tried to include a zip file of 130 kB in an earlier posting but that message did not arrive on the list. I assume the most of you have at one time looked at the ConTeXt demo suite: http://www.pragma-ade.com/pragma-ade/zipped/demos-en.zip I have compiled all examples (d-en-all.tex after minor modification: changed the font, deleted the reference to a picture I don't have) and they all worked like they should. A question though, what's the use of having a file d-en-000.tex around? I don't see the point. Anyone? One of the things I like to do is to translate any english examples to dutch ones. This to gain a better understanding of the dutch ConTeXt interface. So I made myself a demos-nl with filenames d-nl-000.tex through d-nl-all.tex. So far, so good. In the future I would like to make some dutch interactive documents. So in my first effort I took d-en-all.tex and changed it into d-nl-all.tex and compiled it. But no matter what I do I can't get the interactionmenu to show itself. I believe I have used the proper commands and used \showframe and \showlayout to see if I was right. When using the \showframe command I see that my right margin is missing. But when looking in the code and using \showlayout I cannot find any proof of that. ---------- \stelpapierformaatin [S6][S6] \stellayoutin [hoofd=0cm, kopwit=.5cm, rugwit=2cm, margeafstand=.5cm, marge=1cm, rechtermarge=0cm, rechterrandafstand=2cm, randafstand=.5cm, breedte=passend, voet=1cm, hoogte=midden] \stelkorpsin [cmr] \stelkopin [hoofdstuk] [variant=inmarge, nummer=nee, eigennummer=ja, na={\blanko[3*middel]}] \stelvoettekstenin [tekst] [hoofdstuk][hoofdstuknummer] \stelkleurenin [status=start] \steltypenin [optie=tex] % tex-code wordt opgelicht \stelinteractiein [status=start, letter=, kleur=, contrastkleur=, menu=aan, titel=ConTeXt Demo Suite NL, auteur=Hans Hagen] \definieerkleur [DarkGray] [s=.6] \definieerkleur [MediumGray] [s=.8] \definieerkleur [LightGray] [s=.9] \stelinteractiemenuin [rechts] [achtergrond=kleur, achtergrondkleur=LightGray, kader=uit, status=start] \startinteractiemenu[rechts] \but [inhoud] inhoud \\ \but [voorbeeld] voorbeeld \\ \but [PreviousJump] terug \\ \but [CloseDocument] stop \\ \vfill \stopinteractiemenu \stelachtergrondenin [pagina] [achtergrond=kleur, achtergrondkleur=MediumGray] \stelachtergrondenin [tekst][tekst] [achtergrond=kleur, achtergrondkleur=LightGray, achtergrondoffset=1.25mm] \stellijstin [hoofdstuk] [variant=f, na=, voor=] \steltypenin [voor=, na=] \definieerfont [RatherLarge] [RegularBold at 42pt] \def\ToonVoorbeeld#1#2% {\hoofdstuk{#1}{#2} \definieerreferentie[voorbeeld][d-nl-#1::] \startregelnummeren \typefile {d-nl-#1.tex} \stopregelnummeren \pagina \definieerreferentie[voorbeeld][]} \starttekst \stellayoutin [linkermarge=0cm,rugwit=.5cm,voet=0cm] \stelteksttekstenin [] \startstandaardopmaak \vskip.5cm \vfill \startkleur[DarkGray] \raggedleft \RatherLarge\stelinterliniein \ConTeXt\kern.5cm\par demo suite NL\kern.5cm\par \huidigedatum\kern.5cm\par \stopkleur \vskip.5cm \stopstandaardopmaak \stelteksttekstenin [] \stellayoutin [linkermarge=1cm,rugwit=2cm,voet=1cm] \volledigeinhoud \ToonVoorbeeld {001} {Een simpel document} \ToonVoorbeeld {002} {De pagina instellen} \ToonVoorbeeld {003} {De marge gebruiken} \ToonVoorbeeld {004} {Aangepaste kopteksten en voetteksten} \ToonVoorbeeld {005} {Enkele bookmarks} \schrijftussenlijst[hoofdstuk]{\blanko} \ToonVoorbeeld {all} {Dit bestand} \stoptekst ---------- My question: does anyone have a clue what might be going on here?
