It doesn't help with updates which are newer than the break-down of the
page, but else try this:
Go to google.com and search for "site:pragma-ade.com mirror" and use the
in-archive feature. Then you can see that http://dvi3.tiepmiep.dk/context/
is a www.pragma-ade.com mirror.
