Hi, I want the output pdf displayed with bookmarks and the
screen of the text will be "fit width". if I use
\setupinteractionscreen
[option=bookmark]
it shows bookmark, but the text screen is "Fit in Window" instead
of "Fit Width". if I click one bookmark entry, it jump to the
destination and the bookmark window disappears. how should I do?
