The core-ntb.tex file mentions:

%D \starttypen
%D break over pagina
%D kop herhalen
%D reset settings
That's a pity, I needed the "kop herhalen". I tried: split=repeat in the
\bTABLE and made the header look like this:
\bTR \bTH bla... \eTH \bTH blaa blaa \eTH \eTR
but this only results in bold typeface for this table line.
Is there any chance this will be implemented?
