What commands do I use in Context to have my slide come up in Acrobat
Reader's "Fit In Window?"

This should work:

\setupoutput[pdftex]
\setupinteraction[state=start,focus=fit]
\starttext
some text
\stoptext

But it doesn't... (see also http://contextgarden.net/PDF_startview)
