Hello,
this does not work:

\setupoutput[pdf]
\setupinteraction[state=start,focus=minwidth]
\starttext
bla
\stoptext

Solution seems to be in mult-con.tex in a \startvariables section:

                 minwidth: minbreedte                minwidth
                           minbreite                 minsirka
                           ampiezzamin               latimeminima % TB TH
                minheight: minhoogte                 minheight
                           minhoehe                  minvyska
                           altezzamin                inaltimeminima
