I have a chapter and three sections:  

\chapter[1]{Map URLs} 
 [ ... ]
\section[auto]{Automatically Created URLs}
 [ ... ]
\section[prefixes]{Prefixes and Suffixes}
 [ ... etc ... ]

Does that count as content? 

They show up in my table of contents (at the \placecontent inside of
\starttext ....), but no interactionmenu.
