Hi,
This may be a stupid question, but where does fdf2tex reside? I have been
putting together a simple online form with Email submission. The
up-to-date on forms talks about the program fdf2tex to format the result.
But I can't find it!
BTW, the doc gives the example
\buttom{submit}[SubmitForm{mailto::pragma@wxs.nl,AllUglies}]
Should that be one : instead of 2? When I used to, the mail bounced
because it was trying to sent to :<user>@domain.
