Hi,
fyi:
if you want to update (e.g. the new kurier zip) you can try something
textools --updatetree kurier-tex e:\tex\texmf
(take you rown tree roots)
this will tell you what will be updated, merged and deleted (use --force
to really do it)

--merge --force is also needed

there's also tmftools --analyze
