I have the following sample:

Πρῶτον δεῖ θέσθαι τί ὄνομα καὶ τί ῥῆμα, ἔπειτα τί ἐστιν ἀπόφασις
καὶ κατάφασις καὶ ἀπόφανσις καὶ λόγος.
\blank\setinitial
Ὄνομα μὲν οὖν ἐστὶ φωνὴ σημαντικὴ κατὰ συνθήκην ἄνευ χρόνου, ἧς
μηδὲν μέρος ἐστὶ σημαντικὸν κεχωρισμένον·
\stoptext
When the initial is a character from the extended Greek Unicode block,
the fallback family doesn’t work for that initial.
Could anyone confirm that this is a bug?
