I have the following sample:

[GFS Didot]
[preset=range:greek, force=yes]
\definefontfamily
[mainface]
[rm]
[TeX Gyre Pagella]
\setupbodyfont[mainface]
\starttext
\setinitial
Πρῶτον
\blank[5*big]\setinitial
Ὄνομα
\stoptext
I’m afraid I cannot get an initial with a fallback font and a glyph in
the Unicode block for extended Greek.
I think it might be a bug. Sorry for insisting.
