The vanilla ConTeXt equivalent \startblockquote ... \stopblockquote doesn't do anything fancy. Finally,

  • Container Ships

    • should be translated to \IncludePicture[horizontal][filename.jpg]{Container Ships} I do not know what is the best way to do these translations. ConTeXt can also handle XML files, so it is just a matter of writing the translation rules in ConTeXt. Or, if you prefer, you can write an XSLT transformation.
