Why does activatespacehandler behave differently.
{
\activatespacehandler{fixed}
A very very very very very very very very very very very very very long line to see if it breaks or not
\par}
{
\activatespacehandler{on}
A very very very very very very very very very very very very very long line to see if it breaks or not
\par}
