context([[\def\noexpand\Lang{...}]])

or

context([[\def\string\Lang{...}]])

I don't understand why

context([[\def\\Lang{...}]])

does not work. I thought that when TeX code is exapnded inside lua 
environment \\ was equal to \string\.

PS: \lang macro is defined by bib module.
