Hi,
If I use \setupcaption[number=no] and include a float with no caption, then all
subsequent floats do not have a caption!
Here is an example (using 2011.11.29)
\setupcaption[number=no]
\startbuffer
\startnotmode[bugfix]
\startplacefigure[location=here]
Figure with no caption
\stopplacefigure
\stopnotmode
\startplacefigure[location=here, title={Test}]
Still no caption!
\stopplacefigure
\stopbuffer
\starttext
%% The float is shown with a caption here
\enablemode[bugfix]
\getbuffer
%% The second float does not have a caption now.
\disablemode[bugfix]
\getbuffer
\stoptext
