Search for style:
\definevimtyping
[ctyping]
[style={\switchtobodyfont[small,tt]}]
\starttext
\startctyping
#include <stdio.h>
\stopctyping
\stoptext
Or if you want to globally change the style of all typing environments:
\setupvimtyping
[style=....]
