It was fixed immediately. Update ConTeXt to either the latest stable 
version or the latest beta version.

There is a ConTeXt tests projects to provide regression testing. 
However, it will take some time before it can be automated. Also, if 
something in the core functionality breaks down, and is reported on 
the list, Hans or Taco provide the solution almost immediately (well, 
at most in a day or two). So, if there is a new ConTeXt beta after you 
report a bug, the beta will contain a fix.
