DejaVu has the symbol and can be a option either as main font or just as 
fallback (but this can break the alignment) for another font.

\setupbodyfont [dejavu]

\starttext

\rm Triangle: ▸

\ss Triangle: ▸

\tt Triangle: ▸

\stoptext
