That example works fine here (both with mkii and mkiv, running ConTeXt
ver: 2009.11.24 10:13 MKIV fmt: 2010.2.8 int: english/english) and
xpdf 3.02-1.4ubuntu2.
Can you attach the pdf you get? I attach the one I get from mkiv.
