Hi Henri,

I can confirm the issue with bold math.

From the beta backups I have, it seems to have been introduced in beta
from 2017.10.24 10:30 (previous beta from 2017.10.19 13:50 doesn’t
suffer from the issue.

Also doesn't work with Lucida (which has a bold math font).
You probably meant \bi, \bf switches to upright as well.

an engine issue ... in node-nut.lua patch this (line 227) ... normally 
this branch is not entered
