Hi Benjamin,

I’m not sure whether this would work for your:

  \setupinteraction[state=start, color=, style=, contrastcolor=,]
  \setupreferenceformat[footnote][color=, style=]

BTW, "focus=standard" doesn’t modify the page size when clicking the link.
