[NTG-context] \pi not defined in latest MkIV

Hi Hans,

\pi doesn't seem to be defined in MkIV anymore. I'm using the latest
from the standalone distribution, although the issue is also present in
the TL25 pretest. Minimal example:

    % engine=luatex
    \startTEXpage
        \m{\pi}
    \stopTEXpage

Thanks for noticing. I'll backport the relevant code in mkxl to mkiv.
