Better use the built-in methods:

\starttext

     \getfiguredimensions[t:/sources/mill.png]

     (\figurewidth,\figureheight)

     (\figurexsize,\figureysize)

\stoptext

as it prevents opening the files multiple times. It's also more futureproof.
